What this consent covers #
Ride operates electronically. By accepting this consent, you agree that Ride may deliver agreements, policies, disclosures, receipts, statements, tax documents where applicable, and service notices to you electronically — in the app, on the website, by email, or by SMS — instead of on paper.
You also agree that actions you take electronically — such as tapping "Agree" or checking an acceptance box — constitute your electronic signature with the same effect as a handwritten signature.
Hardware and software requirements #
- A device that can run the Ride app or a current web browser.
- An active email address and/or mobile phone number on your account.
- The ability to view and retain PDFs or web pages (print or save).
Keeping copies #
Legal documents remain available at ridebylamar.com/legal, and each document page offers printing. We encourage you to save or print records you want to keep.
Updating your contact information #
Keep your email address and phone number current in your account settings so electronic delivery reaches you.
Withdrawing consent #
You may withdraw this consent by contacting support. Because the Platform is app-based, withdrawing consent to electronic delivery may prevent continued use of the Platform. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of communications delivered before withdrawal. Email support@ridebylamar.com or call (561) 542-7560.
Paper copies #
You may request a paper copy of a specific document by contacting support. Ride will explain any applicable process when you ask; Ride does not currently charge a paper-copy fee.
