Required documents #
- A valid driver license (front and back images).
- Current vehicle registration for the vehicle you will drive.
- Proof of insurance meeting applicable requirements.
- A clear profile photograph.
- Verification selfies when prompted during onboarding and before going online, used to confirm the account holder is the approved driver.
Vehicle standards #
- Registered and legally authorized for use on public roads.
- In safe operating condition — working seatbelts for every passenger position, functioning doors, lights, brakes, and tires.
- Matches the vehicle on file: make, model, color, and license plate. Driving a different vehicle than the one approved is prohibited.
- Reasonably clean and free of safety hazards.
- Meets any ride-type-specific standards shown in the app for the tiers you enable.
Expiration and updates #
Documents have expiration dates, and the platform tracks them. You must upload replacements before expiry; expired documents pause your ability to go online until resolved. Update your documents promptly when anything changes — new vehicle, new plate, new insurance, renewed license.
Verification #
Ride reviews submitted documents and may reject unclear, altered, or mismatched submissions. Submitting falsified documents is grounds for permanent deactivation.
